How to place a Order?

Simply browse our product collections, add the item[s] you want to the cart and click check , out enter your details, make a payment and you are done.


How Long Does Delivery Takes?

Delivery is between 3 to 7 working days for UK orders.

For international delivery is between 7 to 14 working days for Europe and USA

For Rest of the World delivery is between 14 to 28 working days


Do you accept Returns?

We want you to be delighted with your Clarissas Boutique outfit, because we always want our customers to feel ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! You can return any item you don't wish to keep, we just ask that

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy. It is also important that you’re aware that the cost of returns must be paid by the customer.

We do not store any financial information in our server. All information is held at financial institution and all datas transmitted will be security encrypted.


Can I save items in my cart?

Any items kept in the cart is also open to other customer. There's great chance that some of the items won't be available later. It's always best to finish an order completely.


When will my order be shipped out?

Any order made before 1PM [UK] Time will be shipped out same day or next business day, priority except on weekends and holidays.


How will my order be delivered? And how long will it take to arrive?

We are based in London.


How do I keep track of my delivery?

Once package is shipped, email notice will be sent out with tracking number if you choose ROYAL MAIL SIGN FOR, Standard shipping does not have tracking info. You can track your item[s] on the royal mail website.


What is the best way to order during the holiday season?

Order will be delayed during holiday seasons, please always give an extra day for order to be delivered


Why has my order been cancelled?

Our items can sell out super quickly due to high demand and occasionally an item you have ordered may become out of stock. Thankfully this doesn’t happen often. If an item in your order does sell out, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, they will be dispatched ASAP and the out of stock item will be refunded.


Do you open on holiday?

We are closed on major holidays and weekends.


Signature Required Option?

We strongly suggest to choose signature' for delivery option.

We are NOT responsible for lost packages. If your package is lost for Standard shipping the only thing we can do is offer you a coupon to use on your next order which is valid for a 28 days.
